I never played sports when I was young… was always the last one to be picked in the soccer team and couldn’t do even one pull up at the gym.

At 18 years I started going to the gym and gained some muscle but thought it was too boring. That’s when I met Crossfit and fell in love after doing half of a workout (wasn’t able to finish) and almost puking.

I was able to do ring muscle ups after starting Crossfit for 3 months and was getting better and better after every year. Crossfit showed me that anything is possible… no matter if you are super skinny or heavy weight. If you want, you will be able to do it at some point. I participated in a lot of competitions in Brazil since 2014.

In Canada I participated in the Canwest 2018 and other small competitions in Vancouver. After doing Crossfit for so long, all I want is to have fun doing it, continue to be healthy and teach everything that I know to other people that are just starting or are trying to get better. As everyone knows, my specialty but for my weight, I can lift some heavy stuff and I have a lot of fun doing it!
